ML / AI allows to predict consumer behaviour (behavioural models). Many industries use their help in making business decisions (FMCG, banking, debt collection, insurance, etc.). Interestingly enough, on a stable market the same models can be used for many years.
Unfortunately, models once built are no longer effective in the current situation, as the COVID-19 pandemic will have a long-term impact on consumer behaviour.
Clients are asking us to rebuild their models. In difficult times, they find it more important than before to optimise operational costs, plan and manage their cashflow better and more flexibly.
