In May 2016, we worked during a joint workshop with Artur Suchwałko from QuantUp on a new marketing segmentation of pre-paid customers. The result of this cooperation is segmentation implemented in production evironment. We are very satisfied with the results, manner and effectiveness of the cooperation. It allowed us to prepare the segmentation quickly and with proper use of business knowledge and data. We also optimised the process due to the time-consuming acquisition of the necessary data. At the end of 2015, Artur Suchwalko from QuantUp delivered a training session for International Paper’s employees. The main goal of this training session was to improve their analytical skills that are used in decision making process and business recommendations. The training session was individually crafted for International Paper, using the original and live data from the company.
